As winners of the esteemed LVMH Innovation Award 2023, Save Your Wardrobe is spearheading the transformation of aftersales processes within the group, working closely with Repair and Care Champions across the maisons. The goal is to seamlessly integrate with existing tools and systems, enhancing transparency and management of current aftersales processes, particularly increasing visibility and traceability of external service partners.

October 2022

Save Your Wardrobe launched Hugo Boss ' Repair and Rewear ' service in Germany with an in-store solution to streamline aftersales requests. Sales associates seamlessly managed service requests through a customised in-store interface, while behind the scenes, automated logistics, communication, and tracking processes ensured complete visibility for all stakeholders. Moreover, we seamlessly incorporated with Hugo Boss's VIP membership program, extending complimentary services to valued customers.

April 2024

Save Your Wardrobe’s partnership with the SMCP group began this year, with both an online repair warranty flow and non-warranty solution for Maje's customers in France Metropolitan. This user-friendly solution enables customers to book and manage aftersales requests; enquire if their product is under warranty; with Maje teams able to validate requests, manage spare parts and external service partners as required. For requests not under warranty, customers can leverage the ' French Repair Fund, ' with access to subsidised repair services through the platform.

October 2021

Zalando partnered with Save Your Wardrobe to launch an online Care & Repair platform, aligning with their circularity goals to extend the life of 50 million garments through repairs. This platform empowers customers to book various services with external providers, while automated logistics, communication, and real-time tracking ensures a seamless experience. Additionally, Zalando leveraged the platform to provide loyal customers with promotional discounts on services.
