Save Your Wardrobe’s partnership with the SMCP group began this year, with both an online repair warranty flow and non-warranty solution for Maje's customers in France Metropolitan. This user-friendly solution enables customers to book and manage aftersales requests; enquire if their product is under warranty; with Maje teams able to validate requests, manage spare parts and external service partners as required. For requests not under warranty, customers can leverage the ' French Repair Fund, ' with access to subsidised repair services through the platform.
